Modular design meets customization needs

The modular design of ACunity's powder feeder also provides users with ample options to choose from, accommodating any specific powder delivery requirements—from a single hopper to a configuration of up to four hoppers. The powder hoppers can be fully customized and available in 1.5L and 5L sizes. To meet the demands of EHLA, the powder feeder features a special sealing design that can save 10-20% of protective gas compared to similar market products. The stirring function within the powder hopper can be set for intermittent or continuous operation via a built-in touchscreen interface. Each powder hopper has a powder level sensor automatically alerts the user when the powder quantity is low, facilitating timely refilling. The special coating treatment on the powder disk enhances its wear resistance and durability, reducing the frequency of consumable replacements.
