The printing guide roller includes a guide roller body, and the two ends of the guide roller body are respectively equipped with roller pillows and shafts. Many printing factories have experienced mechanical wear and chemical corrosion on their guide rollers due to long-term operation, which in turn affects production efficiency and quality. The most direct method for printing guide rollers that are subject to wear and corrosion is to replace the components, but the cost will increase exponentially.
Traditional repair techniques usually use methods such as mechanical grinding, balancing, and re coating, which are cumbersome and can cause certain material loss. Laser cladding repair technology can use laser beams for local repair, accurately repairing surface defects and worn areas, not only greatly reducing the time and cost of the repair process, but also avoiding material waste.
